Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders containing inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory language, graphics, or content. We strive to maintain a professional and respectful environment for our clients and employees, and as such, any order that we deem to violate these standards may be declined. Additionally, we may refuse service for reasons including, but not limited to, feasibility, complexity, or any other factor that we believe may impact the quality of the final product or our ability to fulfill the order to our standards.
Vinyl Durability and Limitation of Responsibility
We take no responsibility for any damage caused by the application, removal, or use of vinyl lettering. While we use high-quality materials and provide detailed instructions for application, the customer assumes all risk associated with the installation and maintenance of the vinyl lettering. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to surfaces, paint, or any other material to which the vinyl lettering is applied. By purchasing our products, the customer agrees to hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of vinyl lettering.
We use vinyl rated for 5-7 years of use under normal conditions. While we strive to provide high-quality products, we do not assume responsibility if the vinyl fails to meet its expected lifespan due to factors beyond our control, such as improper application, environmental conditions, or excessive wear and tear. By purchasing our products, the customer acknowledges and accepts that we cannot guarantee the durability of the vinyl.
Customer Responsibility for Vinyl Lettering Application
The customer is solely responsible for the fitting and application of vinyl lettering. We strongly recommend seeking professional assistance if you are not confident or experienced in applying vinyl lettering. Incorrect application can result in damage or unsatisfactory results, and we do not provide replacements or refunds for products damaged or improperly applied due to user error. By purchasing our vinyl lettering, the customer agrees to these terms and assumes all risks associated with the application process.
Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days. However, at times this may take longer due to various factors. We will do our best to inform you if there are any delays. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Artwork Accuracy and Order Finalisation
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all artwork submitted for custom design is accurate and correct before placing an order. We will do our best to accommodate any corrections or adjustments requested; however, once an order has commenced production, no refunds will be provided for any errors in the artwork. If an error is identified after production has started, we may be able to stop the shipping process, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Late Delivery
We use Royal Mail for shipping within the U.K. only contact us for shipping abroad. Please be aware that occasionally items may get delayed or lost whilst they are being delivered to you. This is unfortunately beyond our control, but we will always work with our customers to resolve these issues. Should your item(s) not arrive, or arrive damaged/unusable, please contact us and we will try our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
Personalised and custom items may not be returned for a refund. However, if you believe the product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Most likely we will ask you to return the defective items (you will be responsible for arranging delivery). We will examine the product and if we agree that it is defective we will either issue you with a replacement or we will refund the price paid for the product.
Off-the-shelf items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days.
Payment Processing and Data Security
We utilise Stripe to securely handle all card transactions. We do not store any credit card details. Your payment information, including card details, is processed directly by Stripe, and we only retain your email address for communication purposes related to your order.
